Taking advantage of the high visibility of the site, due to its frontage on Al Ittihad Road, Al Zorah Development Company opted for a commercial use of this 37,000 square meter land bordering Sector 9. The area is accessible from a direct drop-off entrance on Al Ittihad Road, which is the main address for the commercial development. It then connects to a wide internal street, which features abundant trees and large sidewalks, and to the east-west pedestrian pathway of the residential neighborhood, offering a spectacular view corridor to the area’s central park and the golf course beyond.
